BIOGRAPHY
J. E. Brenman Consulting Engineers provides Design Services associated with new and renovated office, medical
and industrial facilities. Work products include the preparation of mechanical,
electrical, and plumbing plans for permitting, demolition and construction. Development Services include
preparation of grading, drainage and paving details; and plans for water and
sewer systems. Additionally the firm provides condominium conversion services. Construction Support Services include
construction observation, loan monitoring, special inspections and forensic support.
The firm also provides Environmental Services which include development of compliance and site remediation
plans, and generates plans for the permitting and design of environmental control systems. Using our civil and
sanitary engineering capabilities JEBCEI provides environmental audits for properties and
facilities; physical
assessment reports; and the creation of environmental compliance and site remediation plans. Designs associated with
underground storage tanks, spill control and liquid/gaseous recovery systems, industrial and domestic wastewater
treatment plants, hazardous materials control facilities, air emissions control, and vapor recovery systems
are also provided. An accident investigation specialist is on staff.
The firm is fully capable of providing services
for meeting all Federal, State and Local, requirements.
As an independently
owned firm, it is our intent to only offer those services necessary for
achieving compliance at minimal cost.
